Welcome to Kaleidoscope Clinical Counseling

In the kaleidoscope of life, every turn reveals a new perspective.

Just like kaleidoscopes, we are all made up of different parts, created from our genetics and life experiences.  How we view ourselves, our world and those around us is shaped by our past, our current situation, our narratives, and our attachments to others.

Therapy can help us sort out our parts and learn to view them in a new light ~ to shift our perspectives and clarify our values and goals in order to live a life full of meaning and connections.  You don’t have to navigate this alone ~ I am here to listen and guide you.

Therapy starts with investing time in yourself.  Together we will take the time to discover what is keeping you stuck, feeling alone, or overwhelmed.  By shifting perspectives and looking through a different lens, we will gain a better understanding of what makes you YOU.

“Life is like an ever-shifting kaleidoscope ~ a slight change and all patterns alter.”
